"Service was very good, but the "Genuine Leather" watchband I purchased that day (in October) did not even last a month before cracking . The leather watchband I had previously purchased there lasted 3 years!! So, quality in those watchbands are going down, and it's very disappointing. UPDATE: I went back to the shop today (Jan.29th, 2023) and showed my wristband to the technician/salesperson. She helped me search for another watchband that matched my size and color. I was able to find another watchband that matched the size of my watch, but had to choose a different color. However, the technician/salesperson was more than happy to resolve my issue in 5 minutes and I went home very satisfied with a new watchband. Thank you for the excellent service! I WILL be coming back. :-)"

"Amazing! Adolfo i hope I’m spelling his name right was very polite and helpful. He was able to fit my stainless band watch to my wrist perfectly. I highly recommend The Watch Man! As a warning do not go to the Jewelry store in fort mohave they are incompetent. Have i had known about The Watch Man i would have only gone to him."
