"The 2 ladies who worked there, older manager even totally ignored me. Didn’t matter what line I stood in. Or how I presented myself, completely Ignored me. Store was empty as hell and they blamed 3 different reasons with 3 separate people, I know because I sat through everyone else’s encounter.. picked people after me to come to the other side if the counter.. waited behind a family of 6 and purchase of $400 to be cashed out for a simple $10 necklace for my daughter. HECTOER was awesome and even apologized for the other ladies actions. He has a great interaction in front of me as well and helped them above and beyond. Good service gets good reviews. F those 2 ladies & F that cheap necklace my daughter wanted lol. Turned her neck green in 1st wear.. duh to me"

"I'm on the fence about this particular location. They were pretty rude when I went last. I wish they would atleast have a small section of the plus size clothes from here! They do have good accessories and perfumes but clothing wise, they don't offer much in store. This is why I just order off the website! So if you are plus size, just stay home and order off the website! Save you gas and time. Plus some of the people who.work there won't bite your head off."
