"Janiece was good but then she wasn’t good. I was comparing offers with another lender. I initiate an appraisal with Janiece. I’m charged for it. A couple days later, first colony texts me saying we have the report and will send it to SBSU, just pay us. I pay first colony. I contact Janiece. She cancels the report. Price breakdown shows I’m refunded the charged amount for sbsu appraisal. My credit card wasn’t refunded for SBSU appraisal, nor was my checking account. I reached out to both companies and neither will make it right. I’m out $925 from someone I trusted. I do not recommend."
