"Best credit Union or bank I ever had. They are convenient all over utah and a couple other places. I highly recommend for a first time or switch over from the big bank down the street. They built my credit with a loan for a business expense. I kind of agree slightly with some of the customer service complaints but there’s other branches too."

"Terrible branch to go to. The least friendly manager I’ve ever met. I told her I wanted to buy a pickup, she said it would take a week to get a loan if I was buying it for my business. I needed it now, so I said I want to do it personal. I figured she was going to do a personal auto loan since that’s what I said I wanted to buy. Instead, she was running a personal loan which was twice the interest rate. The whole time I was there she just sat there stoic, I felt like I was a criminal answering questions. She only explained things to me after I got mad that my credit had been run for a loan product that I did not want. Worst experience of my life with America First. I use to love this credit union, always had great experiences and helpful people, I think it’s just this branch that is so terrible."
