"Initial appointment with Dr. Shah went well but I was told at my follow-up appointment that they would check on my test results and get back to me (thought that was the point of the follow up). I didn't hear from them for several weeks so I called them. Was told again they would check and get back to me. Several weeks went by and still no response. I tried again and got the same results. Not sure what happened. Office staff was friendly, Dr. was good, we had very polite exchanges throughout all communications, so I don't know why they won't call me back. It's been months so now I have to start over somewhere else."

"Previously went to a different ENT facility in the area they recommended surgery within 4 minutes without any testing and were quick to try and schedule the surgery. I didn’t feel comfortable going under the knife when it seemed like a rush job. My wife booked an appointment at Canyon Sky ENT for me, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. I can’t breathe through my nose too well and Dr Shah examined me properly and explained everything along the way in ways I could understand. He told me which tests to do and what to do prior to testing to get accurate info to make a proper assessment.
