"Zero personal skills and doesn't spend enough time with the patient to even get to know what they want. Will order tests without considering the strain on the patient. Was too shocked and disappointed to say anything on my last visit. Update, they lost all my labs from knee aspiration. Had to do the painful procedure 4 more times because they took all the fluid from my knee. BANNER posted an email to reply to and I asked them to call or email me to talk about it. No reply."
