"I took my daughter here for her very first dental visit and was not impressed. I went here because their website shows lots of colorful photos of their offices with walls filled with Disney and Marvel characters which are some things my daughter loves. I was excited because I knew she would love to see that. We walked into this Scottsdale location and the walls are bare white, no child decor or toys in the lobby, nothing to make it feel kid-friendly. The hygienist assistant was polite but I'm not sure she even told the Dr. that it was our first visit. They did let me sit in the chair with my daughter which helped, but then the assistant was talking to me while she was facing her computer, not even looking at me while she spoke. I left feeling really underwhelmed and like they aren't really geared towards kids, especially a child that is nervous because it's her first time at a dentist."
