"Dr. James Schmidt cut my mom's toe nails at her assisted living facility. At that time, he made recommendations for purchases she should make to alleviate foot pain she was having. My mother did not completely understand the recommendations so I contacted the office repeatedly to get clarification. I was assured I would get a call back. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received a call back from the doctor. I did, however receive a call from personnel in the organization letting me know that my message was given to Dr. Schmidt."

"I scheduled an appointment for my mother with a podiatrist, Dr. Garcia, at her assisted living community. I scheduled it one month in advance for the first appointment of the day so I could be there because I had a question about a new, second corn. I confirmed the appointment the day before. The doctor showed up 2 hours late, and his office had no idea where he was. I had to leave, and I asked him to call me. When he called, he said he did not notice the VERY OBVIOUS corn, and to put a pad on it. In other words, he dished out treatment without looking at it. That's all he did to the first corn as well -- put a pad on it. We went to a different podiatrist and he cut a dense kernel out of each corn, providing the relief she needed."

Onesource, mobile unit, took care of the exam, glasses, etc. We paid the invoice immediately and, since then, I've received no cooperation in getting additional backup paperwork, no phone calls or emails returned!! I would never recommend them based on this experience."
