"The woman drawing my blood at the Tempe location with short black hair did not wear gloves or wash her hands. She was touching the needle site trying to find my vein while the needle was inserted without washing or using gloves. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary. I also recommended to her to not try my AC because people often have difficulties accessing that vein and instead try my wrist. She ignored my guidances and poked my AC anyways and afterwards said “well I guess you did tell me” when she wasn’t able to hit it. Went back in after two hours to have my blood redrawn. She still did not wash her hands or wear gloves. This time though she also didn’t poke wear she had wiped down with alcohol. She is going to cause an infection at some point or another."

"My father is 91 and has cancer, he can not sit more than 10-15 minutes before he is in excruciating pain. For this reason I hate Labcorp and Sonora quest, the waits are unbearable. After calling several places desperate to find in home or at least a short wait, Jenifer at BioReference Laboratories answered with a friendly helpful voice. Jenifer understood my problem, even though she was busy, did her best to have all paper work done in advance of arrival. Jenifer had one client ahead of us as we arrived without appointment, and she got my father in and out, friendly, kindly and professionally. My father was extremely grateful as was I. Now I can tell you, even if my father gets in home blood draw, I will still need somewhere for myself. I will rather drive a long way to go here, where Jenifer is nice to me, the place is clean, and the wait is short, then go to one of the big, well organized with long wait labs."

"I have worked in the medical field for the better part of two decades and cannot believe the level of service that this laboratory provides. I didn't need an appointment, waited less than 5 minutes for service, and was treated excellently by the staff and the phlebotomist that drew my blood. I also saw them GO ENTIRELY OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ANOTHER PATIENT. That patient had an insurance that they didn't work with , but they drew her blood anyway and said they would forward it to the necessary lab, AS THEY PICK UP FROM THEM. When I asked, they simply said that was their policy... I haven't seen that anywhere else in the valley. Oh- and their cash pay prices are the best I've seen. All I can say is, WOW."
