"Terrible practice. I was an established patient with a clear diagnosis and they still could not get it right. As soon as I went to another endocrinologist it was approved within 2 days including the prior authorization. More MD needs More help. This doctor's office should NO MORE be in business. I have asked insurance to investigate. And I have filed a complaint to the medical board."

Check -in process when very smooth . The medical assistant took my vitals and was very professional. Dr. Dwivedi did my consultation also did a ultrasound for my thyroid,right there on the spot without waisting no time. With in no time I was done. My Prescription were send right away and were ready by time I was out the his door. Amazing!!I was very happy with my visit it only took 1hr for my appointment and also had lab work also on site.
