"To PA Heidi Parker or who it may concern. March last year had my first appointment with you, i sure was in trouble and skeptical that i could be the same person or perhaps get better. You tried test after test until we found out what it's and been on treatment since then, from 60 to 2 units away to meet my goal. I believe that thanks to your care, I am enjoying my family at the most. I love this opportunity of riding this bus with the ticket you bought me. THANK YOU. Edgar Sanchez. very grateful."
"I wouldn't recommend this office if your life depended on it. The PA Heidi Parker is as sweet as they come. The Doc knows his stuff for sure,, however it is with strong recommendation I advise they should look to get new staff. The MA Morgan laughed at very genuine request, & exceedingly RUDE. Canceled my appointment and moved it way later because a screw up from the referring hospital. Not very accommodating for ANY reason. Wouldn't it be easier for the doctor to conduct a video visit rather than in person visit if they are "overwhelmed" (As per the advisement of Morgan) by their duties? Know if you get a referral to this place at the Chandler office, the current staff could care less if you live or die. PERIOD. You are all but a number."
"I recently just moved here from NC and I am in urgent need of finding a mental health as well as regular physician. Even though I do not have insurance at the current moment. So when I called just now and asked about these urgent needs and of course, my luck, they aren't able to help in any of my needs. So I ask Stacy (who answered the doctor's office phone) if they're were any resources she could help me with in any way, considering I am very new to the entire state!!?! Somehow, whether I had insurance or not became relevant to her again and once I said no she absolutely shut me down, told me no, that unfortunately they didn't have any kind of help I'm looking for in order to help me and completely rushed me off of the phone just now!!!!!!! I wouldn't dare treat anyone as she did me just now and made me feel as if I'm not worthy of such help in any way shape or form!!!! Sorry people!!!"
"Staff was friendly and efficient when I was there. However, after giving me a referral for a sleep study to another sleep center that will take my insurance, they never sent my information to them. I called the sleep centers (to the four options they said to call if they did not call back) they all said the same:" I am sorry I do not have your information they have to send the referral first". A month later after my initial visit with them, they have not even returned any of all my phone call messages (I left on their answer machine that is ALWAYS on) nor have they sent a referral . I went to my PCP to ask for another place to work with because this lack of professionalism is just perplexing to me. I just don't have time to waste making endless phone calls and for so long. So, my recommendation for you: If you do have endless time to be calling them in order for them to follow up on something, by all means use them. Their staff is friendly and efficient once you manage to be there. But if you have many responsibilities like me and not the time to be hurrying them along, go somewhere else."
"I saw Dr. Sheikh. He came into the room already knowing about my prior hospitalization and condition, and he requested an x-ray. He kept interrupting me while I was trying to give him my medical background, and he confused Atrovent with Advair. He even went as far as to say "you might not have asthma," which given that he barely asked me about my asthma history in the first place, seems out of line. I understand he is pressured to see dozens of patients per day, but this site needs to hire another doctor- my visit was 4 minutes long."
