"After years of attempting to manage my diabetes through my PCP I finally made an appointment at EA at the recommendation of a friend. The amount of service and information I have received in the past three weeks has been nothing short of fantastic. My initial appointment was thorough and informative, meeting with Marie and Dr. Reddy, both willing to spend time explaining their treatment ideas and next steps. I left feel confident I could be in control over my diabetes once again. Nothing short of two days later I was contacted by a nutritionist and a diabetes educator. My two week follow up was with Ariel, who again took the time to explain my results. Ariel was patient as I weighed my next options and helped me pave a path forward. Bryanna was also very educational and we discussed realistic goals for healthy well being. Also, I messaged Ariel on the patient portal and had a response back in less than 24 business hours. Amazing Amazing patient care! Thank you all!"
"It is impossible to reach the practice and their billing department over the phone. I was unable to login to their portal and cannot get help for a password reset. They claim I have a bill, however I have not seen a provider recently. I have proof that appointments were cancelled in a timely fashion, several days prior, but again no one can be reached for assistance. Waits in their office waiting room are always excessive. This practice is an administrative nightmare. I do not recommend it."
"Ive never been so frustrated. Cant get ahold of anyone. Leaving multiple voicemails on different days trying to schedule an appointment, noone ever answers. Rare someone calls back and its never timely. Took a MONTH before someone called me to schedule an appointment and they were booked out a couple weeks. Within that couple weeks I had to keep calling asking for my lab work to get it done before my appointment as they requested yet they were back and fourth with they will mail it to they will email it to me but never received it or got ahold of the providers ma john on it. Finally showed up to my appointment still. And there was literally 10 people in line ahead of me. When i finally got up there they refused to see me telling me my referral expired when i asked them when scheduling the appointment was it active for new year and they ensured me yes. If it wasnt why dont they also double check that before patients come in. I will be seeing my primary and requesting a new endocrinologist. Terrible experience the last few appointments with booking, labs documents and front office. Not to mention how rude the front office lady was. I understand the situation and the busy office but its not my fault you didnt make your job easier on just doing your job."
"The reviews are all correct. I wish I would have checked them first. Met with Dr Saran my first appointment & I felt it went well. The PA stepped in & it went totally down hill from there. Didn’t order all my testing, when I came back to go over it she didn’t have her laptop charged, didn’t have my paperwork & then asked me about a medication & diagnosis I didn’t have. She then got snide when I said I don’t take that or have that - she was reading the wrong persons chart. She was rude going through my chart - she called out one symptom as the only reason I went there when during the prior visit we discussed 10 different things. Immediately she pushed a high cost, new designer drug with high side effects for my one thing while sitting in an exam room with posters of the drug all over - I was apparently a kick back to the drug company because she wouldn’t listen to me & had no comments or considerations for my other symptoms. Had to order the test she never ordered the first time & I’ve been waiting over a month on results. Called the company that did the testing - they sent my report in 3 1/2 weeks ago & no call from the office. Overall a terrible experience with their process & support staff."
"Essentially we’re too “poor” for this practice. Despite my insurance paying thousands towards my treatment, I have had to fight with their outsourced billing department (who’s customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever had when compared with that of a Taco Bell, let alone a medical practice) to set up a payment arrangement for approximately $300. Im told that if I can’t submit said payment plan, then i can’t schedule an appointment. Which I understand, but how do you overcome this obstacle when the phone calls are hanging up on you after numerous calls waiting in a 30-60min queue? Three hours of my life that I’m not getting back after today after still seeing no solutions. This makes me feel more like a number than a patient and I’d rather not. Chronic illness is stressful enough, and I can no longer stomach the admin deficits. The treatment I’ve received from the providers has been excellent, but there are too many hoops to jump through to receive that treatment."
