"I was on the phone with the office, and I asked them if we would be charged for Telemed appointments. They said no only for office visits and lab work. Come to find out, I had a lab bill which I paid. It was $60. I then get a bill for the same lab work, but when I asked billing, they said it was for the appointment with Kelsey and for documentation, but then the billing lady said I don't really know. The lady said I have $60 on my account. They are charging me for the telemed appointment, which they said they don't charge for, by stating I didn't pay the lab work bill. Dr. Reddy is fantastic, but the other assistance need to get their game straight. Unfortunately we will need to find another doctor office that is not shady."
