"Dr. Mark Webb is absolutely AMAZING. I have been a patient for over 12 years and never needed to go other than routine visits or annual check ups until 18 months ago. In 2021, I have had some strange symptoms and he has been incredibly patient & knowledgeable while he works through the medical issues. Dr. Webb never rushes you and takes the time to answer all questions. There truly are not many doctors like him. His entire office staff is caring as well. It is like a family atmosphere, even a little old-fashioned with the furniture in the waiting room. It is almost impossible to find a doctor nowadays who gives you time- let alone availability to get into the office and be seen. He has such a calming demeanor, while truly making the patient feel cared about. I felt fortunate to have found him years ago but when I really need his help, his dedication to help his patients is so appreciated. The office treats patients from the very young to the elderly. You don't know when you will need a physician but if you do, Dr. Webb I can't praise enough. I have seen Dr. Madsen also while she is excellent- Dr. Webb is a true rare gem. I hadn't seen him in 9 months and he asked about a prior condition that I wasn't there to see him about. I was recently hospitalized as a result of an elevated D-Dimer test-he called me on the weekend to give me the results and recommended that I go straight into the ER. But what was even more amazing is that the staff at ER Honorhealth and Shea told me he wanted to be called with the results and outcome of my visit to ER. They did that and he spoke to the ER doctor and then Dr. Webb and I still spoke alone for a 2nd time, as I was a bit confused what to do. He spoke to me on a Saturday night at almost 9pm. This office and its wonderful staff are like something out of another era which matches the office decor. They don't rush you and answer all your questions. Dr. Webb is also so on point with his diagnosis. I am fortunate his office is near my home but I would travel to see him as he is that good. As long as Dr. Webb practices medicine I will be a patient. I 500% recommend him to any patient who needs a new physician or new to the area."

I referred my parents as well as my patients (I am a chiropractor) to Dr. Webb whenever they need professional and excellent medical care. When I personally had severe abdominal pain, Dr. Madsen took one look at me and told me I had appendicitis and I needed to go to the ER. She was spot on with her diagnosis. "I’ve been seen couple of times here with no issues. Never had a problem I never brought my insurance card and the day I did they wrongfully denied me service as I was informed by my insurance company. I think Dr. Webb is a great doctor but some staff members aren’t too bright there and incompetence is the last thing you want to deal with when your sick. I’m gonna miss Dr. Webb but can’t deal with staff like that"

"My child and I have been a patient of Dr. Webb for about 2 decades and my spouse has seen Dr. Madsen for at least 5. I give 4/5 because there have been times when it has taken a few extra days than staff had told us to get things like refills, referrals etc. No Doctor's office is perfect. But when it comes to caring, compassion knowledge you would not find better doctors. My child is currently suffering serious medical conditions and Anna, the MA in this office has been absolutely incredible the last 48 hours getting scans, specialists etc. She has been incredible...9/5 and both Dr.s Madsen and Webb have called me after hours, called back to follow up. They have been so helpful. I am so grateful. I hope you can get in as a new patient. No better advocates for your health and your children. Not perfect, but damn close."
