Never have I seen such corporate robbery in place of health care all for money and the biggest profit. Do not use this practice, unless you don't care about real health "care" or even average health care. optum is the worst"

"I’ve been to this clinic a total of 2 or 3 times. The pain clinic dr that Michelle Yoo recommended was a joke. Tried 3 times to get a cat scan for stomach and a cyst that I have growing on ovary each time ins denied because of wording then recommended doing an ultrasound. Well it’s 4 months later still waiting to hear about that happening. Asked twice now for a refill for prescription ibuprofen, I get a call instead from a rheumatologist office where she recommends I go there. Really!!!! I just wanted a fricking refill. My fiancé goes there and they are constantly screwing his stuff up. She has prescribed testosterone shots for him and while he is at his follow up appointment today (which he waited an hour past his appointment time ) and paid his co pay they still wanted to charge him to give him the shot. Now how screwed up is that!!!!! I definitely won’t be going back!!!! Since moving to Az and since covid I have really lost my faith in doctors. Instead of actually listening to a patient the objective is push more pills and pass them off to someone else It’s all about the god almighty dollar these days and not about the patient"
