"Dr. Mark is so far the best doctor I have seen in AZ. I love that Guy .What's holding me back to go back to him as my PCP is the absolute arrogant behavior of, I believe his wife running the front office! She acts like she is the ultimate responsible. One time I was waiting for 30 minutes in the exam room and she did nothing to inform me!! Dr, Mark one time you asked what you should do! Talk to your wife to be more humble when she makes mistakes!!!!! And not , that she is right and others are wrong! Patience are biz when one leaves you both lose! Take care!!"

"I generally don’t give reviews, but I have been seeing Dr. Brian Marks for over ten years and felt it was past time to give him and his staff, Jaimee, their due. In short, they are great to work with. Jaimee is very professional, kind and efficient. She always tries to find you an appointment at a date and time that fits your schedule or preference. While you sometimes have to leave a voice message when she’s on the phone with another patient, she returns calls faster than any other healthcare professional or facility I’ve ever worked with, even ones with much larger staffs. She even returned my call on a day the office is closed and got me in the very next day. When I have questions, she works seamlessly with Dr. Marks to get your questions answered in an efficient manner. One of the benefits with being a patient with a small primary physician practice is the personal and professional service. Dr. Marks is very personal and professional. He always explains his diagnosis and patiently takes the time to answer my questions. Once I start taking a medication he has prescribed my health improves very quickly. In summary, my best experiences with healthcare professionals have been with Dr. Marks and his staff."

"I had read some very favorable reviews about Dr. Marks before I finally met him today. I was pleasantly greeted by Jaimee at the front desk. She processed my paperwork quickly and got me in to see him within five minutes. Dr. Marks was very personable, putting me at ease while doing a very detailed analysis of the data I had provided. Unlike many physicians I have had in the past, his manner was not condescending at all but rather he seemed genuinely interested in me personally. I was really impressed with how much time he spent with me on this initial visit, making sure to close any gaps in the information I had submitted. Before the end of our conversation, he ordered the appropriate prescriptions from my preferred pharmacy and verified the orders with the provider. Finally, he had Jaimee schedule my next appointment at my requested date and time. Honestly, based on this encounter, there was no aspect requiring improvement. In fact, I was pleased beyond my expectations and will definitely look forward to my next visit to this office."

"Sounds like Dr. Marks is a great Dr. to have on your side. I didnt make it that far in the process however. Jaime at the front desk... Authoritarian. Childish. Unprofessional. Personality traits like this do not belong anywhere near the healthcare setting. Not sure how/why she is still employed here, other reviewers might agree. Unfortunately, her conduct as a professional is a direct representation of Dr. Marks and the values of his practice, how does she not know this? Doesn't matter how good he is, its not worth dealing with her again."

"Dr. Brian Marks seizes to amaze me with how unbelievably comprehensive and thorough he is. He not only connects with his patience as physician, but also introduces a more personal and educational approach. He truly cares for your physical and mental health, demonstrating that in the amount if time and effort he is willing to put in each visit. Before him, I had what I thought were good physicians, but he performs well beyond my expectations of any doctor, blowing everyone else out of the water. As you can tell, I can not praise him enough. Being under his practices care is an absolute delight and certainly makes me feel comfortable. I never thought that I'd ever write a review for a doctor, let alone enjoy one so much.
