"Well I have finally found someone who actually understands LISTENS and honestly does care about the way my body is changing…I am 50 years old and that in itself has been a big adjustment…just all the pressure we as women still encounter as we go on throughout our lives…IVE ALWAYS been the type of gal who didn’t follow the same rules and took different pathways different from a lot of my peers and did my own best in making a happy life for myself and my children in doing so….the reason I say all of this is because a lot of that thinking stinking thinking I call it now has crept in and and has changed…. as I’ve gotten older and I look into the mirror I do not recognize myself in the mirror and I’m not trying to emphasize my need to look a certain age here not at all! it’s about being me the gal that always persevered no matter what I looked like or what anyone else thought of me that was slipping away …BIG TIME. Maybe it’s about acceptance in growing old but today we don’t have to just accept it- and this is my point in this testimony here - I have been through my share of aestheticians and beauty spas here in the Arizona area and back on the east coast where I reside as well- there have been many let me just say and no one, no one, I mean this with all my heart, has shown amount of care and concern Joanne has over getting me to a point of getting my self esteem and the me back that I’ve been striving towards now for the past 7-8 years now. I am relatively new to this practice but Joanne, her family and all of the staff that make up the team there at her practice in Maricopa AZ have made me feel a at home from the very first time I came in to see them- no awkwardness or seeming rivalry I’ve gotten at oth in going to other treatment sessions here in Maricopa I won’t mention names because we all are really trying to better ourselves on different levels in this world of cosmetics and with all the cutting edge products that are out there today…..so much it’s overwhelmingly daunting to pick a place to go…..I know I was relieved from just my last appointment just before Christmas to repair of a flub another aesthetician had created right above my right eye - I was beside myself and had been living with this new imperfection created by another “professional” skin specialist- to make a long story short (er) Joanne and her team knew what to do and helped me TREMENDOUSLY with the smallest amount of Botox and to boot at the lowest cost possible- I was elated to say the least walking out of her office that day - I just didn’t expect to have the results as I received that afternoon!! And I tell you it’s not about what others think of me my husband tells me all the time how I am “beautiful just the way you are without all of that extra stuff” but it’s about me and what I see in me that counts…its NEVER been about being a certain age or looking like a movie star to me that drives me forward throughout my day not now or ever - this woman knows what I want and delivers period …..I would recommend this kind lady and everyone who works by her side you can guarantee she will listen and deliver period- I guess I could have said all of that without being so verbose and giving such a huge backlog to my life but sometimes I feel that helps me in reading reviews of this kind - if anyone can relate to my sharing here then that’s awesome and I apologize for any confusion with my comment here I hope it provides you a positive pathway to Joanne and her expertise …peace ladies we gotta stick together !"

"I went for my first visit and everyone was so helpful and friendly there. Dr Joann Vitiello was the nicest person and she listened to what my medical needs were and we started the IV Therapy Treatment right away."

"They are all very kind and helpful! The issue I have is the extra cost that this facility likes to collect from you. I take the same preventative medication and they require me to do blood work every 3 months. The new doctor I am seeing only requires 6 months to a year.This is very unnecessary as nothing changes. Also the injections that are available for weight loss is overpriced. The injections are available at the compound pharmacy for $150 a month. She charges $400 a month and wont let you get them from the compound pharmacy!! She is linning her pockets and not thinking of the paient!! Not happy with the way this facility is being ran."

"I absolutely love JoAnn and her staff. They are professional, caring and dedicated to my family's health care. Not only did she get my husband off of insulin his numbers are the best they have been in over 10 years. She has also helped me with my weight loss. I know I would not be as successful if it was not for her and her staff. I personally use her as my family's primary care doctor and I also love her wellness spa. She has been a blessing and I would recommend her and her staff for all your health care needs."
