"I feel terrible to type this out and thankfully it appears that my experience is not the norm, but I had a bad experience that has been ongoing even after deciding to go with a different dentist. Staff and dentists were fine. My experiences are mainly having to go back multiple times because fillings keep falling out and crowns don't fit properly. Since I've decided to go another route, I've lost two fillings. Since fillings keep falling out, I've had to spend countless hours returning. Took one crown 4 times to fit, one filling 4 times and now a fifth, and a couple others that fell out that need replacing. The receptionist eluded that they all knew who I was because I was the nuisance patient that was irritating them. I have NEVER had this happen in my entire 50 years of life. I'm sorry to have to voice this, but now I'm going to have to spend the money again to have a different dentist fill the cavities. I honestly eat differently because I'm so afraid something else will fall out. Cobblestone staff and Dentists, I'm truly sorry for the review and I generally don't do this but I just needed to voice my experience."
"This office is amazing from the office staff to the technician and the dentist. I woke up at 3am in extreme pain, called as soon as they opened and they got me in right away. The dentist was quick and efficient. The techs were so nice. They offer payment plans and really seem to work with you. Definitely never going anywhere else."
