"I called to make an appointment for a kidney infection. The woman was being quite rude and did not want to make an appointment for me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, as she would not help me. When she transferred over to the supervisor, she did not realize that I could hear her conversation. She and the supervisor completely made fun of me and said all sorts of negative personal things about me and my health. Then, the supervisor said we will just put her on hold. They put me in hold without saying anything to me. After being on hold for 15 minutes, they dropped the call. I was very nice on the phone with them, and that behavior seems unacceptable in any healthcare situation. I ended up calling a different organization that was more than helpful. I would not waste my time with this place. Good luck if you are reading this!"

"Trying to schedule an appointment and there is no option to do so online. Called to schedule and have been on hold for over an hour and a half and still ongoing just to schedule an appointment. It may as well be 2 hrs before I even can schedule. And I was caller number six in queue when I first called in at 8 am. Right now, I've been stuck as caller number one in the queue for over an hour. And this is the line for scheduling appointments. I can't imagine why it takes over 2 hours to get someone on the line to make an appointment. Really need to do something about your customer service as patients may have urgent needs. No reason why it takes 2 hours to schedule an appointment when there were only six ppl in the calling queue"
"Called the office with questions about an operation I was getting ready for,no response. 2nd call I made, Being a cancer survivor with one kidney, I needed to know if I could take a medication so not to negatively affect my one good kidney. I called and was transferred to Dr Choi's assistant, left a detailed message and also left a message on the portal 3 days .nothing. Dr Choi is a good Dr.Office staff incompetent"
"I had a fantastic experience with the nurses and my doctor while getting my avg / graft! Dr Packer is amazing. He spent time with me pre-op to explain what he would be doing and why, also what to expect after surgery, etc. I've never had a surgeon take so much care. I'm so grateful. Also the nurses were fantastic. I had a pretty nasty fall leaving my house to go to surgery and the nurses went above and beyond to take care of me."
