"First off, the some of the shiny lights are out in the lobby. The stupid T.V. is always on for nobody when you walk into the lobby most of the time in the early morning. But, the care is top notch, just make sure you know your way around Peoria, Arizona."

After the conversation with the front desk-staff and the case manager I felt a little shaky, I need more answer because I don’t feel my brother is safe around people with rudeness and lack of people skills."

"You’d be better off just begging the local pharmacist on hands and knees than dealing with this company. Absolutely terrible place. Would rate lower and report to the state. They do NOT care about patients or mental health nor do they follow statewide mandates on the services they are supposed to provide. The case managers here have been rude, nasty, cold and very uninviting . Multiple times have driven down to find out case managers have quit or called off and I was not notified before spending time and had to get there . Been out of medication for almost 2 months due to their lackluster performance, planning and execution. I HIGHLY recommend you get your documents from them and search elsewhere. These people are CROOKS and this company is a JOKE. Report! Report! Report!"

"While meeting with the lead nurse today I was totally fat shamed. I'm not going there for my weight, going there for my mental health. I can't believe a person of her authority would belittle a client going there to receive mental health support. On top of that they unexpectedly changed my appointment without confirming with me and then same nurse blamed me for being late even after I explained what happened, felt like she was calling me a liar. There are some good people working there but I've run across some really insensitive people there as well over the years. I would go somewhere else but it's difficult finding a place that provides my mental health needs that's covered by my insurance, believe me I've tried."
