"If I could give negative stars I would. This man only cares about the money he is making and not about his patients. He did not taper my father off of Xanax correctly, then put him on another medication that skyrocketed his anxiety and has caused him to have severe reactions to the medication. Instead of calling my fathers PCP or even my father back, he ignores phone calls and slacks in patient care. We are currently looking into medical malpractice. DO NOT use him if you actually need help."

"Very rude lady in the office.She needs to go to work in a farm.very unprofessional they treated me with no respect knowing that I just lost my son suffer from bad memory and Anxiety and had covid.She started to tell me that It was not the first time missing my appointment and that they would have to dismiss me as a patient because it's costing them money.OMG.realy I Was so upset she was so out of place.So who cares about the patient. NOTT THEM! Wow never been in a Doctors office with such little caring for someone's isues,specialty when people like me that suffers from Anxiety and personal loss.No compassion what's so ever.They keep my.medication from me when they.know I have to have it every day.I can't believe that I been going to this Doctor's office for.like 20 years and that's how I was treated.I had a video call with Doctor Mathew Okane today.and he was very rude he tell me to find another office when I tell him the issue I had with The office lady. I COULDN'T believe he didn't had a nice word or understanding. Just not even apologized for them or tell me not to worry.He just send me my meds and asked me if I need it a referral for another phycologist..and I said no I will find my own.He said ok goodbye. I HANG my phone before he did.Very,very Unprofessional.NEVER had a problem with this Doctor until today.People surprised me more every day."

"I have been a patient with Dr. O’kane since March 4th, before covid and life in general was as tense as it is now. This review would be a 5 stars if I wrote it before July. I really think he is stressed because normally he comes off as more understanding and his tone of voice used to always be direct, yet nice/patient. Now he seems so stressed and unhappy that I will have to find another provider. I’m currently pregnant, but also just normally I am extremely sensitive to voice inflections that come off as very cold/impatient. But he is extremely knowledgeable and will get you on the right meds. I thank him for his time and always will, but right now, he is just not the right doctor for me. I hope the best for him and his practice."
