"I was scheduled for a comprehensive eye exam in the last appointment time of the day. While everyone in the office was very nice, I felt very rushed through my appointment. I was in and out of the office in 15 minutes for a comprehensive exam. This was my first eye exam in several years so I wanted to have a thorough check up. Dr. Trinh was very nice, however spent only a few minutes in the room with me and did not even look at my eyes directly or do a slit lamp exam. I was not asked if I had any concerns or anything specific I wanted the doctor to address. When I called to ask if the slit lamp exam was a normal part of their exam, I could not get a straight answer. It felt as though I was rushed out of the office because the doctor had somewhere else to be. Now I've used my vision benefit for the year and know nothing about the health of my eyes."
