"Had a worst experience with the billing department. Went for yearly wellness visit with Dr Mohammad Jamil the visit will be covered as part of insurance. But the billing department submitted the claim as sick visit and I am suppose to pay the bill now. Trying to reach the billing department for past two weeks the call automatically cancels as line is busy. selected the appointment option to connect with billing department they said their office is moving so try later. Are you guys seriously moving the office and telephone line for past 2-3 wks????? Same billing problem for one of my friend. He is also waiting for the correction. Looks like the billings are done intentionally not by mistake! Be careful and review your bills with insurance company."
