"Absolutely horrible. I just spent 3 hours in the ER bleeding on myself with a possible miscarriage and they did nothing. They let several people in before me that came after. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They need to get it together. If they're that understaffed to where they can't operate they shouldn't be open."
"The BEST ER experience we’ve ever had! Don’t let the disgruntled woman at the check in counter steer you away. The nurses, X-ray technician and Dr. Ward are outstanding. The level of care and speed of service is impressive. Dr. Ward is the real deal and one of very few doctors who actually still believes in the REAL science of medicine. Not one person forced any treatments and took the time to explain everything. Our daughter had some concerning symptoms from a viral infection and they took care of her and set our worried hearts to ease. If we are ever back in the area and in need of an ER support this will be our first stop. 5 stars! Thank you Dr. Ward and team for taking care of our family."
"The emergency department is a joke here! the doctors don’t seem to have any concerns about the patients. ( I visited on Sunday) it’s like they’re just waiting to clock out for their shift. Also, don’t even bother calling unless you want to get attitude from the emergency room staff.( I called this morning at 8am) I was transferred over by Diane who was the only person who somewhat acted professional."
"I came here with my grandfather and we had an amazing experience. The nurses and all the staff we met with where amazing. I can’t remember their names, it was a whirl wind and stressful day, but I am so grateful for their help. We got in quickly and they moved through each test, explaining the results before doing the next one. I always knew what going on and they made a tough situation much easier. Thank you again for your help!"
"Some of the staff was nice but the doctor Richard in emergency room was a cold as ice and wouldn’t talk to you until you got push and almost had to make him I could go on and on Went to ER because wife could breath and he Dr Richard U was not going to do anything and started telling us how we should see our doctor. until we got upset with him. And the he start acting like like a doctor and trying to see what’s going on with my wife hopefully ever have to go back"
