The instructors were professional and we're serious about seeing everyone succeed. And their hard work paid off. Finishing off the school year Poston Butte High School was recognized as an A+ school. This doesn't just reflect on the students comprehension of what is being taught to them, but also puts the teachers, staff and the school administration in a positive light. This is proof that the curriculum being taught is not returning void. This is proof that PBHS instructors are teaching with excellence and quality instead if quantity. I love this school. "The teachers and administrators care, there is a culture of upperclassmen supporting the incoming freshmen. The school has come so far even within the last year, constantly working to improve in every arena. The AEF 2015 A+ School of Excellence award confirms this. No school is perfect, but this school keeps setting and meeting goals, I don't believe any student would lack for the opportunity to reach their full potential while attending here. Pride Academy, STEM, CTE and CAVIT are available. There are options for everyone to find their niche."

The staff are energetic, the lesson plans are innovative. Theres are loads of different clubs and sports to join. It really is a great school and I highly recommend it."

"This school is now overcrowded and the busses are packed. Not all the students are receiving their lunches during their lunch time and the Principal completely denies it. They encourage Juniors and Seniors to go off campus for lunch, but there is nothing, I mean nothing, within walking distance and they are just asking for traffic accidents. PBHS has told my child that he failed two classes and now are saying he failed neither class. I know schools have it tough, but denying the issues is utterly disappointing. Our children deserve the truth, to be cared for, to be listened to and receive a quality education."

"From my personal experience honestly I went here just the beginning of my Freshman year, but I had left due to verbal bullying, but when I look back I realize it wasn't as bad as I made it out to be, It probably was the fact that it had been my first year in High School and I didn't know how to handle the issue, but to leave. I am however going to go back to give it another chance. And this time having been in high school, I know what to do if a problem like that occurs again."
