"We had traveled down to Mesa to enjoy some sunshine and didnt want to lose our work out routine. Joined for our few months there . The staff is very polite and helpful ....knowledgeable. The gym is kept very clean . Noticed the workers cleaning everyday that we worked out . I thanked him regularly for doing such an outstanding job. Highly recommend Norm and Michelle Thiessen"
"Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend at all. I set up a personal trainer which wasn't cheap, and first appointment was canceled by them, then further scheduled appointments were canceled by them (and they wrote per my request) so after that and some deceit in my question in the walk through, I decided to end the personal training part and get a refund. I was told by the trainer that they will get me a refund, but I had to come talk to the manager Woody. I went to the appointment set up and Woody wasn't there... I asked them to leave him a message to call me, and of course he never did.. 2 weeks later they charged for the trainer service they failed to provide so I called to have it corrected.. The told me is have to speak with Woody to have that corrected. Finally I spoke to the elusive Woody, and he tried to convince me to come in for a free training session... I understood the trap so I explained I just want a refund. He they tried to convince me I'm obligated to 4 months, so I explained the legality and how they failed to provide service, and no service has been provided, and I'm not legality obligated now. Woody they got egotistical and told me to change my tone of voice which I'll give him credit was consistent to their lack of customer service. He then went on to tell he will have to send an email to corporate and it will take 24 to 48 hours. He asked if I needed anything else, and when I said no, he hung up without even a goodbye. 4 days later after no attempt to call me back with the solution, I had my bank handle it. This facility's management is a failure. The place is always busy, and sauna they claimed was private is not, and the temperature they have it set to is unbearable so you can't be inside any length of time to accomplish benefits. If you need anything, they just give you the wood."
"I have been a member of this gym for almost 4 years and sadly left today canceling my membership. I recently had a baby and have patiently waited the 6 months required to have my child go to the kids club. (They require babies to be at least 6 months old). After calling a few weeks ago to get my new child added to my account I thought all was sorted. After still having issues on their app yesterday to sign my son up for kids club, I called and spoke with Katy and she assured me she would figure out the issue on her end and had him signed up for a 9am time slot the next day. I arrived at the gym only to be told there was a “system error” and he was signed up for 11 instead of 9. I asked to speak with a manager and then was notified that there was actually a recent policy change and the kids club is now only accepting children older than 2. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t been made aware of that policy change the several times I had called in trying to add my son as that’s a pretty big deal. Needless to say I cancelled my membership as the kids club was one of the main reasons I went here. Truly sad that policy changes and poor communication lead to a 4 year member walking out the door. If you’re a mom with young kiddos, be warned… this is not the gym for you."
"I love my gym!!! An amazing journey I’ve been doing since 11.2022. Started back at the gym in June of 2022 to tone up and gain my muscles back as I took 6 months off to focus on weight loss. Today 1.5.24 I’ve lost 35 lbs! We all can do this. It’s amazing. Gym is my motivation!!! Let’s keep it up!!"
"As far as the equipment goes: Fantastic gym. The clientele at this location is pretty annoying, though. Nationalism is rampant. Lots of people like to wear political t-shirts with hardcore and threatening phrases. Not fun when you're trying to go to the gym to clear your mind and just work out. The teenagers flood the locker rooms and they all seem to want to be the next social media sensation. The gym is overcrowded except for the hours between 11pm and 3am. See attached photo from a Monday at 4:27pm. Also, a lot of people are electing to work out completely barefoot these days. Not really the gym's fault but they should enforce their own rules. See attached photo. I let them know the bottles you use to spray down the equipment were just full of water and they said they would take care of it. Three days later and they're still just full of water. No point in wiping down the equipment. EDIT: About four days after this review they have filled the bottles with disinfectant."
