"Unfortunately this location continues to decline. I have been a member for years and usually go early in the morning. The gym is constantly dirty and dusty, cable towers are not maintained, and too many people there to socialize instead of working out. I have spoke to multiple managers and employees at this location and nothing seems to change or be addressed. In addition to that, no one is addressing the individuals that feel the need to "Break Dance" and do Gymnastics on the turf in the main area, nearly kicking other members or intruding on the members using the sleds. They allow too many groups to occupy several pieces of equipment at the same time, even the employed trainers will do it during peak hours. It is sad to see that they continue to cater to the group that is there to socialize instead of making it a great place to go and get a good workout in. More employees need to be engaged in actually what is going on behind the front desk instead of a group standing up front flirting with each other and members. Clearly this location is popular since it is always busy, but it would be nice if they would actually try to make it focussed on working out again."

"For a big box gym this place has almost everything you need. The price is very affordable and they have locations all over the valley. I drive Lyft and sometimes I just need to take a break and squeeze in a workout. I look EOS up on Google maps and I can always find a location near me. Come check it out."

"5 different people came up to me and told me this guy was filming me while I was working out. As soon as they told me, he rushed out and people confronted him. This was 2 weeks ago. We told the front desk and he said they took it very seriously, but now I come back and the guy is here again…just watching people and not working out. When he saw me, he immediately ran out again. I went to the front desk and asked why they haven’t banned him, and the desk guy said he talked to the managers and they didn’t do anything. He said he did all he could do on his end but it’s up to the manager a to take care of. Just feels awkward being watched and knowing they aren’t doing anything about it. What if I go alone one day and he follows me home? Or corners me in the parking lot with a knife? Makes me feel unsafe. Super uncomfortable. Not the best photo….but EOS, do better."

"The worst gym I've been to. Genuinely laughable. They mislead you in the contract, the gym is RIDICULOUSLY packed at all times (we've tried between 4:30am and 10pm and they're still growing), their management is very testy, and my new gym is 10x less packed/cleaner/safer/nicer for the same price. Please look at the background in the photos to get the packed idea, it's difficult to capture the intensity of the number of people. Go anywhere else. ALSO, no doubt in my mind that they purposely keep you on higher cost plans months after you request a lower plan. It happened to me, my friend, and is currently happening to my boyfriend. I'd pay 3x the price if it meant I never had to deal with eos again. Unethical at its peak."

"I came in very late to sign up for a membership because I was sick of LA Fitness. Brent at the front desk was extremely helpful, and Cody stopped his workout *while off the clock* to come over and help me get signed up for a membership. Cody was extremely fast and polite and I was working out within 10 minutes of walking in the door. Definitely a great first experience with this gym, and Brent & Cody definitely deserve a raise! These 2 guys are the reason I signed up here."
