"We recently held a corporate event at the Pound Gym for about 30 employees. This event consisted of 3 separate custom boxing sessions. Our vision for this event was that it would align with our 2019 company theme of "Sweatin' The Details" and be an overall a good time for our employees. Duane B and his team far exceeded our expectations! Our teams had a wide range of boxing experience. Duane did a fantastic job of adjusting his instruction to the individual needs of each participant and encouraging our teams to push themselves beyond their comfort zone. The Pound Gym facility and equipment was clean and in great shape. And the overall vibe was AWESOME! As someone who had never boxed before this event, I felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment I entered the gym. In addition to our corporate event, I also attended one of Duane's early morning sessions. The Box+ Basics session was perfectly designed for individuals with different boxing experience and has encouraged me to try boxing for fitness again."
