"Joined Volition gym as a part of the small group fitness sessions. Let me start off my telling how great the instructors are, both Derek and Sophie are extremely knowledgeable and also super helpful. They played a big part in me identifying my fitness goals and guiding me towards achieving them. The program is suitable for people with all body types focusing on building strength as well as flexibility. Another aspect of volition I've really enjoyed is the community that they've built and fostered. All the members of the gym are regulars and super friendly. The small group program also has a team competition aspect to it that I've really enjoyed. It's unfortunate that I had to move to a different city and can't work out there anymore but I highly recommend the place."

Sophia especially knows how to build programs that push you to your limitations without exceeding and keeping you safe.
