Mountainside Fitness Ice Den

"Visited this location as they offered a prospective 5 day trial and pass. Upon arrival the staff seemed confused at the pass that had been emailed, and said they wouldn’t honor the five day pass as I wasn’t going to sign up for a membership. They weren’t very kind about it either. They then said it would be over $20 per day for the five days instead. I recommend Maximum Fitness; the facilities look more updated as well."

"I just wanted to give a shout out Degio at the Ice Den location. He is friendly and courteous and always has the gym stocked and ready to go in the mornings. I've been a patron for over a decade and it's always nice to start your day with someone as great as Degio!"

"Steve and everyone are awesome! Always so welcoming and informative, you're not just another face. Great amenities, good gym equipment. They got a new charging station which is neat too. The facility and staff are great with families."

"The worst mountainside by far, it’s tiny, the staff are always very rude, and this personal trainer Steve is and has always been the worst part about this gym. He personally harassed me 3 different occasions, and he feels that his ego is heightened when he’s try’s to ruin my day. Please if you’re reading this go to any other mountain side, this one does not handle their employees very well. I am extremely dissatisfied as an avid gym goer about how disgusting and disrespectful their staff is! Please fix this mountainside."

"I have been a member for 13 plus years and have seen many GM’s come and go. I want to give a shout out to the current GM Kalie. She has brought guidance and stability to the location. She’s always willing to help if there is an issue and she’s really hired/trained her staff well. It’s always nice when you are checking in and getting a nice greeting and also when you are leaving. I just thought she needs to be recognized."
