"Can’t think of a better way to start my day! Jabz is a challenging and invigorating work out. The trainers guide, encourage and completely understand if you need to modify. Each day of the week focuses on a different workout motivating you to be there every day to take care of the full body. Do not be intimidated by the boxing. "I LOVE Jabz!! I've been meaning to post a review for over a year now. Everyone is so welcoming, genuinely kind, and loving. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. I love Jabz so much that I make it a priority to plan it into my busy schedule. To the newbies, reading this review, try it out, you have nothing to lose, it's challenging, BUT don't give up on yourself, I was really out of shape when I started and it was HARD, but I kept going and the trainers understand, each person is on a different level, and they're still there encouraging you, they can even help modify workouts if needed, that still target the same muscle group as you build your strength. *Note to the Trainers if you're reading this post, thank you so much for all that you do, and all the time you spend making each class worth every second. The only feedback I can give you at this time is to please take your time while demoing each exercise. It can be overwhelming to newbies and sometimes myself included. Thank you. "
