"This location has such a fun atmosphere now. I used to come when there were different people in management and it was just a plain old gym no one really talked. Since Jaeza took over the operations manger role people are getting greeted actually being talked to and having conversations. She brings this sense of life to the club and it’s so nice to see how well EOS has flourished with her being here. If it were anyone else I would’ve ended my membership a long time ago and I sincerely hope that they do well by her because I can’t imagine the gym without her now."
"The expertise of the trainers is excellent (I worked with Reilly and Rowdy). I happen to really like the entire staff…they are fun and friendly. The facility is super decent too, but the bathrooms need to be cleaned much more frequently. Additionally, the staff doesn’t uniformly know how to use the billing system (multiple answers to the same question), which was frustrating when it came time to end my personal training and go on my own. Beware of the need to give 30 days notice and the confusing billing cycles when it comes time to cancel personal training. EōS employees are very sales driven but are a really solid group of people. My billing issues were resolved swiftly."
