"The new trainer is not good with children. It’s clear that she’s had very little experience in this area. Lessons are not fun and she seems inconvenienced and impatient with young riders. You’re paying a premium here for such a prestigious stable, yet they don’t value your business if you’re not leasing a horse from them. It’s very disappointing because the facility and location are nice. Just wish the experience was better."
