"Expect to work hard when you train with Frezel. He’s all about putting the work in. Google shows some sort of menu of his services, but that’s not what he offers. It will be 1 on 1 training for an hour with the whole gym to yourself, except if you’ve asked for group training or go to his boot camp class. He’s been personal training for 25+ years so he tailors you’re workouts to your goals. The first visit is a fitness assessment and conversation so he can specialize your workouts. He’s very good at working around or through injuries. After I rehabed by back with physical therapy I knew I needed to cut some weight and strengthen, I was lucky to find Frezel... we did the workouts I needed for my back to no longer be an issue! I still train with him even though my back is well because I’ve never been able to achieve the same intensity and reps when I lift on my own as I do when I workout with him. All this to boot: his prices are reasonable! I recommend stopping by or calling him. BTW he changed location down the street to 1635 E Indian School rd. Just west of the 51 a couple months ago."

"First off, Mr. Green is very professional and I can tell he is truly passionate about being a trainer. At my fitness assessment he sat me down, asked detailed questions about my goals, daily food intake, etc. He then did a physical assessment and gave me a taste of what he has to offer as a personal trainer. He maintained professionalism the whole time and made me feel comfortable. I especially liked how I had the whole gym to myself for the whole hour. I decided to hire Mr. Green and had my first training session with him today. He kicked my butt (in a good way) and leaves me sore but not too sore where I don't want to go back. I would definitely reccomend anyone looking for a trainer to try him out. He is reasonably priced, professional, and will give you that push and motivation you're looking for."
