"Having the opportunity to watch our daughter grow and develop at Cadence Horsemanship has been a highlight of the last number of years. The suburban setting of the barn provides a unique experience for the students who attend there. You don’t have to own land, or a horse yourself to get to experience the special bond between rider and horse. My daughter is not traditionally, athletic, but being a part of the Cadence Team has afforded her opportunity for growth and sportsmanship, confidence, and skill at monthly Gymkhana competitions. The girls are a team and they cheer each other on. Kristen is a solid coach, prioritizing, personal growth on a leadership front, as well as physical skill and rider safety. Dan can always be found at competitions, grilling, amazing food, and keeping everyone fed. "Cadence Horsemanship summer camp has been an incredible experience for my kids. They loved every minute and learned so much about horses. Every student is treated like they are the only student, with one-on-one attention paid to all the students. There is daily riding time for all, and when the sun is a little too intense, they have horse related games or crafts. My kids felt like they were part of the Cadence family from their first day at camp. Our experience at summer camp led to one of my daughters taking weekly riding lessons throughout the year and even entering a few horse shows.
