"I am obsessed with Solana Pilates. As someone who never found her “thing” in the fitness world I am happy to say I finally found my thing. The studio is beautiful and so clean. Small classes so everyone is always engaged. MJ & Dana make sure everyone is in correct form and of course make sure everyone is doing what is best for their body. Instructors are so kind and supportive of our goals. I have so much fun while I am in class. My only complaint is that I didn’t start coming here sooner. But they are stuck with me now!"
"Beautiful Pilates Studio! I’ve been to almost 10 classes now and still feel the burn after every one! The studio is new and very appealing aesthetically. The reformers are nice and new and easy to adjust. There are different levels of classes to try, I'm still more of a beginner so I do the essentials class and it's a great full body workout every time. The instructor and owner is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to get to know her clients. I think anyone that's new and old to Pilates would love this place and find a class that's a fit for them. They also have an intro special of 4 classes for $40 and different specials throughout the year. Check them out!"
