"The staff for take-out orders need training in customer service skills and so do some waiters (guys). It's been my experience that they don't know how to be polite and say "I actually don't work in the take-out order department, but let me find you someone who can help you." Which I'm sure they can easily help out if they wanted to. Instead they say "Hold on. I don't work here." I'm sure they can help out any restaurant guest if they wanted to and they never knew if I had a simple question or if I was there for a take-out order. They made an assumption. Other than that, the atmosphere is good here."

"BJ's Holiday Gift Card promotion is always a terrific value. After working out one recent afternoon, I stopped by BJ's on Oracle to enjoy a Nutty Brewnette while catching up on email. When it was time to pay, I realized the gift card I purchased is plastic, not digital...and at home. If you can believe this, BJ's Manager, David, spotted me a $10 promotional card. True, my wife and I have long been raving fans of BJ's. However, David's customer service was truly above and beyond!"
