"Rarely have employees at the locations, never answer the phone, continued charging me after i cancelled my membership and gave back the key. Its not a good enough gym to be going through all that."

"If you're a aspiring bodybuilder this gym is great for you but if you're more of a calisthenics type of guy or girl I wouldn't recommend this place for you way to many machines bunched up together and not enough room especially if you're into those crazy jumping in the air type workouts if you catch my drift but overall its a great place for bodybuilding but not so much in my opinion for calisthenics the audience is mainly for bodybuilders Also just wanted to give a recommendation this isn't to be rude in any way but.. I can see your gym has a lot of potential I would recommend in the future if you got the funds to move your gyms to more lively locations like the plaza where planet fitness is to get more customers the vibe of these locations are rather desolate and less inviting including the one by fry its rather ghetto looking and lots of drug users are near by i'm just saying for audience purposes be a better bet to get more people in I mean clearly the ratings are good but just my opinion"

"I spend more time trying to figure out how the equipment works because it's broken. Many machines I use are broken. Several equipments have been broken and inoperable for about 3 months. Some machines have a weird set up. I have no choice for another 24/7; therefore, I have to come here in order for the gym hours to meet my schedule unfortunately. There could be better improvements. This is the first gym I've ever been to in all my life where they have no water fountain. You are required to purchase water bottles along with other energy drinks. Although I have ran into a few workers, one which includes the owner and they were both friendly. It's not fair to give your money to a company that lacks equipment repairs and ignores your concerns about broken equipment."

"Great gym, really nice equipment. I am not a real needy fitness person as some seem to be. Show me some free weights, some benches, a smith machine or 2, an area to stretch and I can make any room work. I can sweat here, I can make noise here and the people that work here are great. I really like the selection of fitness products for sale, drinks, protein powders, healthy bars, ect... No other gym in SV has this selection of health products for members to select from. Great job putting this gym together, very well thought out!"
