We have always been treated with respect, and my daughter has had a beautiful sense of community and made lifelong friends. I have referred many people to this gym. I’m also excited to enroll my girls in some dance classes and try that aspect of the gym as well."

"My daughter has been at Radiant since the day it opened. She was able to change classes easily to explore her interests. She did, ballet, tap, hip hop, jazz, gymnastics and eventually tried team gymnastics. Having the flexibility to explore so much in one place really helped her figure out what she loves. Coaches have helped her build so much confidence in herself, which has been the main goal. I couldn't have asked for more for my daughter. She continues to thrive coming into Radiant weekly, she continues to improve her skills and enjoy gymnastics so much. The staff and owner are flexible and understanding. Great experience. There is a parents night out once a month that is super helpful sometimes too!"

"The owner of the gym takes no accountability for the way the programs are ran, rude and angry because she has no control of what is going on. The staff is poorly managed and so much animosity going on in there that we had to pull our girls out. We had been at this gym since Feb 2022 giving it multiple chances as we wanted our girls to develop skills to eventually be a part of a cheer/gym team. We eventually had them join the cheer novice, there is no team playing, integrity, or respect within each other, parents making a mockery of other parents during meetings as well. This is not an environment we want to be a part of nor our girls. If you are looking for community this is not the gym for that. They don’t follow what they promise in their contracts, they fire coaches and bring the parents into their staffing issues, this gym could have potential but the owner doesn’t seem to value what TEAM really means and rather point fingers. Also the owner had excuses as to why cheer outfits hadn’t been bought yet because it’s Too expensive to do at one time. We had 2 enrolled and for the prices they are charging we expect quality yet we had never been given that. There was a time that one of my girls was having a rough day and Coach Journey had told her that maybe this isn’t something she should be doing anymore- this was done in front of a group of parents making her feel discouraged but also humiliating her in front of a group of strangers rather than encouraging her to do her best in there or talking to her and us as the parents in private. The gym is also very dirty it never seems to be sanitized, the restrooms never have soap, the gym floors are dirty and smells awful."

"Do not. I repeat DO NOT bring your children here. The owner had a parent meeting to actually talk trash about a coach who worked there for several years. Her exact words after firing her was that she was a poison to her business. I have never been so disgusted by someone in my life, just because she felt threatened by someone who was running her business better than she could. How about re-evaluating how you run your business!"

"My daughter took a trial class today for cheer tumbling. We signed up for the class before we left. The office staff was friendly and very informative. The facility is beautiful and clean. There was a low student to instructor ratio which is great for skill development. The hour she was there was productive. The instructor had my daughter work the entire time but took quick water breaks as needed. We're looking forward to continuing classes."
