"This is the best workout and most fun I've had at a gym. It's hardcore and you train with people who take it seriously and really know what they're doing -- but even if you're not actively training for a fight, there's such a sense of comraderie. The coaches do such a good job of creating a culture where everyone is working to make each other better... at beating people up, lol. The price is a little steep, but understandable for the quality of training you get and the needs that must arise for a small business. Really hoping I can make it back there soon!"

"My daughter attends the kids MMA class here and she absolutely loves it! Both coach Jesse and coach Humberto are excellent. Their attention to detail and ability to keep the kids attention during class is excellent. It is very safe while still be effective at teaching real life self defense skills. I also attend this gym and do personal training with Joey for striking. The knowledge you gain from just one session is so valuable. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to just get fit, anyone looking to learn self defense or anyone looking to pursue competition as well.
