"I was in town for a couple of weeks and signed up for their 2 week special. What a GREAT studio. I loved all the classes, the studio is peaceful, spacious and sparkling clean. I would highly recommend locals and visitors alike to try a class or join as a member. Right now in Tucson transportation is free so getting to the studio was a breeze."
"The Rise & Shine class at Yoga Loft is the best way to start your day! Lisa and Carol are knowledgeable, personable, and present. They focus on various asanas, pranayama techniques, spiritual connection, alignment, and modifications if needed. I am SO happy to be a new yogi at Yoga Loft :-)"
"The yoga instructors are extremely helpful and nice. They offer alternative poses if some of the poses are not for you and they take time to show you how to do the poses correctly. I like that the instructor Casey, asks how you are feeling and will incorporate poses to help. The location is perfect, and the studio is clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend the Yoga Loft."
"This is a lovely studio, nicely lit, with welcoming and knowledgeable instructors, mostly practicing vinyasa yoga. I enjoy the music and sometimes the teacher plays harmonium which is lovely. As an experienced practitioner , i feel challenged in their classes. I wish they offered a 75 or 90 minute class, but their 60 minute classes are well-rounded. I tried their new member deal which allowed me to try different classes and instructors, which is a great deal for someone looking for a new yoga studio and if it’s a good fit."
"I signed up for the Yoga Loft introductory package. It is an inexpensive way to experience the studio and instructors. I've attended 3 classes my first week and I'm very happy with the space and the instructors. The space is quiet, cozy, and serene. The instructors have all been welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating various skill levels. When my 2-week package expires I will get a membership. I go into the studio tight, sore, and feeling my years. I come out feeling loose, relaxed, and optimistic. What a great reward for a 60-minute investment. I've been dabbling in yoga for several years to help with flexibility, stability, stretching, and mindfulness. So far my journey has been a few random drop in classes (never convenient) and You Tube videos. It's felt hollow. I think I found a yoga home! Thanks for opening on the west side!"
