"Sensei Teague is phenomenal at teaching practical self-defense. I've done other types martial arts and this has been my favorite and the most helpful by far. Because he teaches good technique, there's a low likelihood of injury (a big problem with other styles), it's very practical for real-life situations, and it's great for health and fitness. You get 1 on 1 help from the instructor, and he tailors things to your own pace. This is a great place for both adults and kids! Highly recommend checking it out."
