"DO NOT CHOOSE TO MOVE TO LEMON GROVE, UNIVERSITY POINTE. The location of these apartments is right next to a homeless encampment. The leasing office refuses to build gates around the property. We are frequently visited by suspicious people trespassing into the property and looking into windows. Absolutely not safe!"

"University Pointe is a great place to live. The neighborhood is so lively. They host nice events all year round. I have had no issues with my apartment so far."

"I chose this apartment to live because I am a new student of ASU so I was looking for a furnished and not expensive apartment near ASU. And I am satisfied with my decision so far. Managers are very kind and they response fast when I ask something. I think neighborhood is okay and it is well-managed. They often have some fun events for residents. The only thing that I don't like is laundry facility (washer and dryer) is not in the unit. Other than that, it is the best option for new asu students."

"Unlike most apartments in Tempe, this place is reasonably priced for students and the management is very kind. You just have to enter the maintenance issue on their portal and the maintenance people take care of it within a day or two. There is an emergency hotline number if you face a maintenance problem in the middle of the night or on the weekends. UPointe has a locker for packages so your parcels / packages almost never get lost or stolen. They also have a mandatory pest control every other month which is quite a relief because the AZ weather hosts a lot of fun and colorful bugs that sometimes fly. UPointe is super close to the university - you can walk to the ASU Tempe campus. Lots of good food and beverage options around, especially Dutch bros coffee. UPointe is a gated community and it is right across the ASU dorms, so you know it’s a safe and a happening place to live at. They have fun games, raffles and lunch/snacks on holidays for the residents. Last year they even had a casino party!"

"University Pointe has been a great experience for me. I’ve always received quick responses from the leasing office to any questions I’ve had at the beginning of my lease, and it has continued that way throughout my entire stay. Even though I've had only a few issues with the apartment, the maintenance team and management have handled them so fast and efficiently that it never bothered me. UP is arguably the best value in the area. It has a gym, pool, bonfire, and ASU is within walking distance. I extended my lease for next year!"
