"Emily Krushefski is a highly qualified, highly skilled therapist that anyone would be lucky to work with. After years of therapy in several states, often seeking out the most qualified therapists in my area, I can honestly say Emily has made the most significant clinical progress with me of them all. Emily is kind, caring, and smart. She is able to empathize with people in all backgrounds, but I personally experienced she is especially excellent at working with women in one-on-one sessions and in a group setting. Her practice is gentle, and she approaches all problems with feelings and thoughts in mind. She is a sensitive person by nature and never takes a "tough love" approach like some therapists. While she is comfortable setting boundaries and maintaining expectations, she is not cruel or harsh. She is one of very few therapists who is fully DBT and EMDR trained and certified and applies this knowledge to every session. She keeps detailed notes and tracks progress. Emily makes herself available to her clients, and is easy to reach by phone and email. She offers flexible appointment times and phone coaching which is so helpful to those going through a crisis or "hot moment""
