"If you are hoping for good communication, this isn’t the place. Don’t call because no one is going to pick up, and leaving a voicemail gives you a 50/50 chance of a call back. It may take months, if you’re lucky enough. Going in person is a waste of time, because there is no one there to tend to patients or walk-ins —the lights are off, literally. If you finally make it through the obstacle course to talk to someone, you’ll then have a long wait for your first scheduled appointment, that’s if it doesn’t get canceled due to poor patient on-boarding. This “business” needs an office manager in order to operate properly. I can understand the efforts of running a lean business, but cutting corners to the extent of eliminating communications and business management is not only detrimental to a business’ vitality but also to overall patient care. Particularly in this segment of health, trust, stability, and professionalism are crucial —all important from the very first point of contact. Hopefully, y’all care enough to fix this big issue."

"Response to owner: I was not aware that the person who called me to schedule an appointment was a therapist as she did not introduce herself as a therapist. It’s been more than a week, and I never got a call back to confirm the availability for the 2 therapists I requested. I understand there is a long wait, but it shouldn’t take more than 1 week to simply inform someone that said therapist is not available until X time. You called me VERY mad about this 1 star review. You clearly care more about a 1 star review than getting others the help they need. You tried being a professional angry business owner over the phone, but I could sense your anger seeping through the phone OVER A REVIEW. You are not a good representation of your business. Do better! My review stands! Never returned my call to schedule something and no one ever answers the phone. It shouldn’t have to be this difficult."

"We have had a good experience with Live Happy Counseling. We started when they moved to their new location. My son has been seeing Xsana, who is absolutely wonderful. The location is nice and nearby. Everyone we meet there is very friendly. I have not had any waiting issues or issues getting through phones. We have always just been in contact directly with Xsana. No insurance issues. It has always been a fast, easy experience. No complaints at all. We love it here! :)"

"After a rough start, as some great relationships are built. I was finally able to navigate myself to a successful encounter with a wonderful therapist for my kiddo. The phone systems there are a bit kooky, a bit more than just a little patience is required. It comes down to the fact that finding a therapist in this town at the moment is just difficult. Keep persevering."

"We got referred to this place by my insurance. We were never contacted prior to the appointment to verify insurance, talk about co-pay or even how we were going to get virtually connected. I called but no answer, left voice mails and no call backs. The day before the appointment I got a text stating, either the counselor or staff members name, and if we could re-schedule. So we rescheduled and was finally able to ask the questions I had for them. All fine and well till the day of the re-scheduled appointment, an hour prior I get another text saying something came up and we needed to reschedule again. I mean we reached out for counseling because of an absolute need. Worst first experience reaching out for help."
