"Been working with Dr. G for around 12 years. Very reasonable guy and has a lot of tools in his tool belt. He’s helped me though some really tough times and has me on a good round of meds which have cured my sleep / anxiety issues. Ignore these bad reviews on his site, the guy is a straight shooter and very knowledgeable."
"I’ve struggled with melasma ever since 2009. The results have been temporary with countless over the counter treatments and prescription strength Retin A. I didn’t know how to manage my melasma until I met Geneva. She’s really listened to me and addressed my concerns. I trust her because she’s honest. She didn’t push me to purchase treatments I didn’t need, the way other laser centers have in the past. The consistent results I’ve experienced are unlike any results from the past. Most of all I’m glad I found Geneva and all the people at CNS Laser and Aesthetics."
"If I could give negative stars I would. The PUPO-GUILLEN practice has been my families psyc for about two years now. All three of my siblings, my husband, and my mother. I am saddened to say we are officially done with this facility. The front desk staff is terrible, never communicating to the doctors in a timely manner about patient calls, constantly double booking and or just not paying attention to said clients. Marilyn in particular is constantly 5-15 minutes late to join EVERY zoom appt. If we are a few minuets late in return we get serious attitude from her. She is constantly judging based upon weight and different things. I felt so nervous about her judgement that I didn't even mention to her a life changing procedure I had, in fear of her criticism and judgment. On top of this, she is a very serious pill pusher. While I do believe in medication, there is also a danger in over medicating and I believe that people like her push pills very hard, when that is not always the solve. Finally, after several complaints, she attacked my husband via a phone call after he explained his frustrations. Instead of trying to help him and solve the problems, MARILYN became very defensive saying that she won't be threatened and it was simply our fault that certain medications were delayed, instead of just trying to help and mitigate the problem as a good doctor should. With all this to say, we will no longer be going to CNS or ever recommending it. If you wanted to be treated a real human and not just another case they have on file... DO NOT GO HERE."
"PLEASE do your research before deciding to come to this practice. Ramiro Guillen was very unprofessional during our meeting. There was no engagement, understanding, or empathy to understand my situation. I never felt very comfortable with the conversation to begin and then he made a presumptuous comment with very little information given. He started to rush the conversation and our 45 minute meeting ended within 15 minutes. My experience left me feeling this "family" practice does not truly care about people. The staff felt very transactional and were only interested in ensuring my credit card was on file prior to my meeting. Never once felt very welcomed or that someone cared."
"As a mental health professional for over 20 years, I would never recommend this MD to provide an accurate assessment of need and appropriateness for treatment or to provide appropriate care (he doesn't seem to care, period, based on my experience). He had sized me up and made a decision about my status before meeting me. He disregarded factual, logical information and current issues. He, frankly, appears to lack confidence in treating people with complex issues and certainly doesn't understand that mental health and physical health are intimately related. I felt judged, misunderstood and totally disregarded."
