"Front desk lady very rude and unprofessional ! Had it not been court ordered for treatment here I wouldNOT be here! and of course I wouldn't recommend this place"

"First impressions are always important. Today my appointment was scheduled for 9am. I arrive to the facility at 8:30 in case any paperwork or anything else may need to be done. I go to open the door and its locked Amanda walks out and locks the door behind her. I ask her where do patients sit when they arrive early if you don't even open the doors until 9. With a nasty attitude Amanda says "I don't know, we don't open until 9 you can go across the street you can go anywhere but we don't open until 9". 9am rolls around and I've been waiting outside for a half hour. She finally comes to open the door with an attitude. She then proceeds to head behind the glass and gives me a clip board. Well if my appointment is at 9 why am I filling out paperwork at 9. So I ask her and instead of answering the question she shuts the glass in my face. I knocked on the window and asked her name. Here I am 20 minutes in to my appointment and I'm still in the waiting room. This place sucks. I'm not even interested in what the rest of the staff may be like. Smh"

"I was only there for a short time, due to being pregnant and having transportation issues, but while I was there, I felt accepted, validated and truly cared about. It was calm, quiet and peaceful and instead of my therapist typing on a computer, she wrote notes on paper and made eye contact frequently. Jessica really helped me get to a much better place in just a few weeks. She was so wonderful, and I've recommended them to countless people. Definitely the place to go. AND THEY TAKE AHCCCS!!! Such amazing people. Keep up the amazing work!!!!"
