"Contacted their office through a pro bono program. The manager Susan contacted me back and asked for very detailed and intrusive information about my reason for wanting care. She said she'd cask me back to schedule an appointment later that day or the next. Over a week later, I still hasn't heard back so tried calling. My messages went unreturned. I've never been asked such probing questions before being scheduled for mental health therapy before and then ghosted. I feel completely judged and violated. What an unprofessional office! The pro bono program was created to provide barrier-free mental health care but Dr. Sikora's office clearly felt that I wasn't worth her time and retracted their offer to help me in my time of need."
