"It was so cold that I couldn’t stay in the testing room any longer. I submitted my test without being able to finish it. I’m not usually a person who gets cold and I understand I wasn’t allowed to go to the car for another sweater or blanket however it would be great if there was some understanding or ability for the test watches to help or able to change the removal thank could finish. Also, at the front check in, I was very anxious when she told me that I wasn’t able to test and they were closed now, she said she was joking after I got tears in my eyes because I had the times wrong on Monday and had to ask for an extension, it may the wrong student who doesn’t take it so well, any they may have left and never gone back. That’s how it made me feel. after that they did not accept my online ID. It wasn’t told to me on the phone or in the rules that a physical card was needed. I searched for over an hour on how to obtain a card in the library and was unsuccessful. It would be great if prior to knowing, I’d have been more prepared for the temperature and the demeanor of the from staff and not be sensitive to students anxiety and emotional state. I am an er nurse and consider myself to be pretty used to handling issues like these and if I was struggling, I can’t imagine how other students with my situation felt. I won’t go back to that location, even tho it is the closest and most convenient. I am also now worried about how the testing experience and environment is at other locations. Which is unfortunate because i worked so hard to get here."

"Wow! Rio Salado college and everything with staff member, I do mean every single one of them, continue to impress and go above and beyond to help students with their success! I would give this 10 Stars if it was possible, however five stars it is for now. Once again, I'd like to thank everyone for all of your hard work and dedication so that people like me can have a better future. Keep up the excellent work. If anybody is looking into going back to school, getting their ged, or even if you just have any questions about anything education related, I absolutely recommend Rio Salado college. "If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. When I came here for my GED I was welcomed by Maria at the front desk and she was so kind and friendly. My success coach and my instructional service supervisor were so incredibly helpful along the way. Everyone I’ve met here is so encouraging and positive. I even started working here and I consider everyone to be family because that’s how amazing they are!"

"My personal experience was not a good one at all. The advisors were all not on the same page, even though when attended there was a new program, however; it was so out of control and not good direction I never went back after completing my courses. Mislead in many directions. I, did receive awesome grades on my part, my educators where awesome, but your advisors are your communicators and felt that I did not receive good direction at all."
