"My father was experiencing a stroke in his eye due to temporal arteritis. Which requires immediate corticosteroid treatment. Paperwork he provided the ER with stated all of this and hes been waiting for over an 1 just to get into a room. My father is at risk of having another stroke because they arent taking his condition seriously. If you are in need of immediate attention, I suggest taking an ambulance to the hospital becuase thats the only way you're going to get in right away at this place."
"It seems like the doctors don't want to see patients here, like they don't like their jobs. They should go into another profession. Comments such as " It's really busy today, we are really backed up, there are a lot of patients here..etc" ... what a way to love your job. Should have been in another field. I walked out. Who wants to be treated by doctors with this kind of attitude? Thanks Obamacare. You bet Sen.John McCaine doesn't sit and wait hours for his emergency care. Next time I'm gonna call 911 and go by ambulance and get priority."
"Worst service that I have ever experienced. I've been living in Arizona for 3 years now and suffer from several, serious and diagnosed, medical conditions. I have been to the emergency room several times in the last few years and have been treated like a fool more than once. Last time they even took my blood (blew out my vein while doing it) and urine and told me that I was all clear and healthy (15-20 minutes later for a blood and urine test? Lol right), yet the idiots forgot to take the urine cup or the blood from the table sitting in my room by the computer to even test it. Liars and thieves is what you are. Disgusting that you people would lie to me about my health, which declines every day, and take thousands of dollars from me for nothing. I have to drive hours to New Mexico for proper medical treatment because the whole of Tucson is flooded with these types. So much for the doctors here helping people. It's all about helping yourselves to our money. Banner is worse than scum and have destroyed the UofA medical system. Ps. It was the supervising doctor (Middle aged male), the same one for the last couple years, that has lied straight to my face and denied me medical treatment, even though my conditions were diagnosed years ago in a proper medical facility in better states. Yet, I've had Banner doctors try to tell me I don't have something (without proper tests) that 3 other SPECIALISTS, in two different states have verified and diagnosed me with, just so they could deny me proper medical treatment. I don't know how you people can live with yourselves knowing that you will be responsible for the death of a father of two little girls."
